I was so impressed in the swiftness and thoroughness that Dr. Lalinde immersed herself in the work and methodology of the Rosa Vera Fund. The RVF is small, yet so complex. We have years of working deeply within the same community, demanding a careful yet quick understanding of our unique methodology from our volunteers. Paula understood immediately of not only the importance of the RVF for our children and healthworkers, but also her own potential impact on our work. Her poetry captures her understanding of a program and people carried forward by hope.
